Collection Procedures

Simply three steps only.

Step 1: Case Assessment

Step 2: Service Agreement

We have been dealing with a variety of receivables and the nature of each case may be very different. Therefore, we sign framework service agreement with our clients to govern all cases to be collected. The framework agreement defines common terms and conditions for all cases to be entrusted to us. Step 3: Authorization Letters

Upon service agreement in place, an authorization letter for each case shall be provided along with case documents, such as contract, invoices, communication records and etc. Once we receive the authorization letter and case documents, our collectors will initiate collection procedure right away.
